This course will assist the clinician in improving their clinical competency in assessing and treating Pelvic Girdle Pain including assessment and treatment of the Sacro-iliac joint, Pubic Symphysis and Coccyx pain

3. Diastasis of the Rectus Abdominus Muscle (DRAM) assessment:
A DRAM assessment is demonstrated.
We look at DRAM in both standing and lying and look at muscle position at rest, and on abdominal muscle
activation. Recording length width and depth

4. Sacro-iliac Joint Assessment (SIJ)
a. SIJ movement tests, pain provocation testing
b. Palpation of relevant structures around joint
c. Physiological and accessory movements of the SIJ supine, sidelying and prone

5. Coccyx Assessment and Treatment Template
a. Postural, occupational and ADL advice
b. Palpation assessment of coccyx and structures attaching to it in sitting and prone
d. Treatment options for the coccyx

6. Pubic Symphysis Assessment and Treatment Template
Observe and assessment for the pubic symphysis

7. Hip assessment video

a. ASLRT, Gillet test, SLS + Squat test
